Yes! On each collar product page there is an option to customize the collar with your dog's name.
All our collars are hand-crafted. Therefore, personalized collars need a little time to create. We'll do our best to get them to you sooner than later, but please allow 6-8 weeks for our artisans to create your special collar, and for us to ship it to you.
There is an additional fee of US$10 fee for any length name.
Please note personalized products can not be returned.
CREATING A CUSTOM COLLAR
1. Select the size.
2. Click the "Personalize" button...
3. Then type in your dog's name.
4. Select the color you'd like the name to be created in.
5. Select the background color. This is the color that will be behind your dog's name.
Example custom collar: Name color is Ocean Blue. The background color is Black.
NOTE: Colors may look slightly different on the actual collar than they appear on your device screen. This may be due to different reasons, such as every screen displays colors differently. A combination of brightness, contrast and saturation can change color effects significantly.
