Please note that we have a few exceptions, but only accept returns; we do not process exchanges. 

  • If you ordered a collar and it doesn’t fit, you’ll need to return the collar and then repurchase it in the correct size. Just click to submit a "New Support Ticket” with your order information, and we’ll be in touch with steps to take to return your collar.
  • If your collar or bracelet breaks within 30 days after purchasing it, we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability, no need to send it back to us. Just click to submit a "New Support Ticket” with your order information, and we’ll send you a replacement.
  • If your item is damaged upon delivery, no need to return the damaged item as well. Just click to submit a "New Support Ticket” with your order information and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll send you a replacement.

 

Your return will usually be processed within 3-4 weeks. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.
